Mohali, Feb. 23 -- As part of its ongoing enrichment programme, students of Smart Wonders School visited The Tribune, Chandigarh, on February 16, for an educational excursion designed to provide practical exposure to the field of journalism and media. During the visit, the editorial and administrative staff conducted an engaging session explaining the history of The Tribune, the newspaper's working process, and the roles performed by various team members involved in news gathering, editing, and publication. Students were later taken to the printing section, where they observed the functioning of large-scale printing machines and gained first-hand insight into how news is transformed into printed newspapers. The interactive session sparked keen interest among the students, who actively participated by asking thoughtful questions and engaging enthusiastically with the resource persons.
