Panchkula, Feb. 22 -- The office of the Right to Service Commission, Haryana, will soon shift to its new building in Sector 14, Panchkula, near the UHBVN head office. At present, the commission is functioning from an SCO in Sector 17, Chandigarh. A senior official of the PWD said that most of the construction work has been completed.
