Republic Day celebrated with enthusiasm, pride at Brookfield International School
Mohali, Feb. 2 -- A proud and memorable 'Special Assembly' was organised at Brookfield International School, Siswan Road, Kurali. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the Tricolour by the school principal Vandana Bansal. On this occasion, the entire atmosphere was immersed in the colours of national pride and patriotism.
During the event, students of Classes 7, 8 and 9 expressed their love for the country through their artistic talents. Students presented patriotic songs, magnificent dances, and impactful speeches in both English and Punjabi. These performances conveyed messages of unity, sacrifice, and national self-respect.
The main attraction of the day was the parade by NCC cadets, which clearly reflected the students' discipline and dedication. On this occasion, NCC cadets who performed exceptionally in Army Day events and Republic Day quiz competitions were specially honoured with medals. Encouraging the students, school president Manav Singla said that We feel very proud to see such a spirit of patriotism and discipline in our students. Such events are essential to connect the younger generation with the values and ideals of our country. Our aim is not only to provide quality education but also to mold students into responsible and patriotic citizens.
