Republic Day celebrated at Holy Mary's School
Banur, Jan. 29 -- Holy Mary's School marked the celebration of Republic Day with great pride, enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. To commemorate this significant national occasion, the school organised an inter-house patriotic group singing competition with instrumental accompaniment, providing students a platform to express their love for the nation through music.
Students from all four houses participated wholeheartedly, presenting soul-stirring patriotic songs accompanied by instruments such as tabla, casio, guitar and piano. The harmonious blend of voices and instruments captivated the audience and created an atmosphere filled with national pride and unity. Each performance reflected the students' deep respect for the country and its rich cultural heritage. The competition proved to be extremely challenging for the judges due to the outstanding performances delivered by all the participating houses. In view of the exceptional talent displayed, two houses were jointly awarded the first position, while the remaining two houses secured the second position as a tie.
