Mohali, Jan. 29 -- Police arrested a man for allegedly running illegal activities under the cover of a spa by bringing women from different states and exploiting them for unlawful purposes. DSP City-2 Harsimran Singh Bal said police at Phase 11 received a tip-off that a spa operating under the name Golden Unisex Spa, functioning from Central Street Market near CP Mall, and was being misused.
