Punjab Police reshuffle: Ravjot Grewal appointed asSangrur SSP
Chandigarh, May 6 -- The Punjab government on Monday ordered a reshuffle of six police officers.
According to the official order, senior superintendent of police (SSP) Sartaj Singh Chahal has been transferred from Sangrur to Moga, replacing Ajay Gandhi, who has been posted as AIG (provisioning) based in Chandigarh against a vacant post.
Ravjot Grewal, currently serving as joint director (administration) in the vigilance bureau, has been appointed as SSP, Sangrur, in place of Chahal.
Among the PPS (Punjab Police Service) officers, SSP Gagan Ajit Singh has been shifted from Malerkotla to Fazilka.
Sukhnaz Singh, who was on transfer as SP (ANTF), Mohali, has been placed at the disposal of the Punjab Vigilance Bureau, while SSP Gurmit Singh has been moved from Fazilka to Malerkotla....
