Patiala, March 14 -- Senior BJP leader from Punjab and former Patiala member of Parliament Preneet Kaur met Union home minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Friday. During the meeting, Preneet shared concerns over the prevailing law and order situation in Punjab, and also discussed key issues related to the state's development and security. While speaking to the media, Preneet said, "The law and order situation in Punjab has significantly deteriorated. The increasing incidents of gang violence occurring in broad daylight have created an atmosphere of fear among the general public. Restoring peace and stability in the state is the need of the hour."
