New Delhi, Feb. 7 -- Two NDA lawmakers have put forward proposals in Parliament to curb children's access to social media. BJP's Baijayant (Jay) Panda has drafted a private members' bill, "Safeguarding Healthy Internet Environment for Little Digital-Natives (SHIELD) Bill, which proposes restricted and regulated access to the internet and social media for children under 13.
