Chandigarh, Feb. 4 -- Education minister Harjot Singh Bains announced the final notification for the four-laning of the Nangal-Kiratpur Sahib road. The land acquisition process is expected to be completed within two months, after which construction and tendering will commence. Work on the road began with a survey in July 2022, Bains said. He highlighted the urgency of the upgrade, particularly at the accident-prone Nangal-Ganguwal stretch.
