Rohtak, Jan. 29 -- Two unidentified bike-borne assailants fired bullet shots at a photographer in Jhajjar's Machhrauli village on Wednesday evening, police said. The photographer Jagat, who runs a photography shop at Machhrauli village was shot in his mouth. He was rushed to civil hospital, Jhajjar from where he was referred to Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS). A spokesperson of Jhajjar police said that the photographer had solemnised love-marriage last year and he suspected that his wife's family member or their associate had fired shots at him, adding an investigation has been started into the matter. "The injured person Jagat said that his wife's family had threatened him in October last year too. The incident occurred around 4 pm on Wednesday when Jagat was at his shop and two persons came on a bike there. One of them opened fire at him," the spokesperson added.htc...
