Bhubaneswar, Feb. 23 -- An Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer posted in Odisha has been booked for raping a woman in his government quarters in Bhubaneswar, police said Sunday. "The accused allegedly filmed the incident and used the footage to blackmail the victim, threatening to release it if she disclosed the assault to anyone.
