Chandigarh, April 27 -- After a travel vlogger's video was falsely circulated on social media as that of a constitutional head, police have made the first arrest in the case. The accused, identified as Hassan Mohiuddin Siddiqi, of Charminar, Hyderabad,Telangana, is said to be one of the persons whose account was used to share the video. He was arrested on Saturday, produced before the court and sent to one-day police remand. The complaint wasregistered at the Sector 26 police station after a city-based advocate Satinder lodged the complaint, stating that the video was circulated with intent to cause harm to the reputation of the constitutional head and to disturb public peace and tranquillity. Police have also served two notices on academician Madhu Purnima Kishwar in the case, asking her to appear before the police to investigate the matter. It is expected that the UT police will arrest her in the coming days....
