Hues of colours: Saupin's hosts eco-awareness event
MOHALI, March 6 -- An art exhibition titled "Hues of Colours" was organised at Saupin's school to celebrate creativity, innovation, and environmental awareness.
The exhibition featured a remarkable display of artistic creations prepared under the theme- "Best Out of Waste."
Students showcased a variety of innovative models, decorative pieces, and utility items crafted from recycled materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, and fabric scraps.
The exhibits reflected originality, aesthetic sense, and conveyed a strong message of sustainability and responsible living.
Adding to the charm of the exhibition, students of Classes 3 to 5 also presented their impressive woodwork creations. Using simple wooden pieces and recycled wood, they crafted beautifully decorative items.
Their work displayed fine craftsmanship, patience, and creativity. The event aimed to promote creative expression while encouraging the importance of recycling and environmentally responsible practices. The school also organised a bee exhibition presented by the students of Class 4 with the objective of spreading awareness about the vital role of honey bees in maintaining ecological balance.
The exhibition showcased detailed models, informative charts, and structured presentations explaining the life cycle of honey bees, the process of honey production, and the significance of pollination in sustaining plant life.
