Shimla, March 10 -- A spokesperson ofthe Himachal Pradesh transport department on Monday informed that the state government has revised the farerates for pre-paid taxies operating on point-to-point basis from Inter-State BusTerminal (ISBT), Shimla to Chandigarh. The department spokesperson further informed thatthe revised fares have been notified under the provisionsof the Himachal PradeshPre-Paid Taxi Scheme-2004. As per the revised rates, the fare from ISBT, Shimla to Chandigarh (City) has been fixed at Rs.3,000 for Taxiand Rs.5,000 for Maxi, while the fare from Inter-State Bus Terminal, Shimla to Chandigarh International Airport has been fixed at Rs.3,500 for Taxi and Rs.5,500 for Maxi....
