Chandigarh, April 27 -- The one-day special session of Haryana assembly will start on Monday at 11am. Before the session, assembly speaker Harvinder Kalyan has also convened the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting. Usually, a formal decision about the business to be transacted in the session is taken in the BAC meeting that comprises members from the ruling party and senior MLAs of the Opposition parties. Ahead of the session, chief minister Nayab Singh Saini will also address the BJP legislature party meeting in the vidhan sabha committee room to chalk out the floor strategy, people familiar with the matter added. According to the tentative programme of the session that the assembly secretariat has released, the agenda includes obituary references, motion under Rule-16, some papers to be laid on the table of the House and legislative business....
