India, Jan. 15 -- Actor Celina Jaitly, who filed a domestic violence case against husband, Austrian entrepreneur-hotelier Peter Haag in November 2025, has revealed that he served her divorce papers under "the pretext of a gift" on their 15th anniversary in September last year. In a detailed social media post, the actor shared that she has been estranged from her three sons, twins Winston and Viraaj (13) and Arthur (8), since the separation. "October 11, 2025 at 1am, I left Austria with the assistance of neighbours to escape what I had experienced as systematic oppression and abuse. I was compelled to return to India with only a minimal sum of money in my bank account to navigate the rest of my life," she wrote. Despite joint custody and a subsisting order of the Austrian Family Court, Celina (44) alleged that she has been denied all communication with her children: "There has been repeated interference with their access to me, including exposure to selective media narratives as well as brainwashing and intimidation to compel them to say things against me." The actor also alleged that Haag (48) attempted to take over her pre-marital assets, forcing her to secure a loan to fund judicial proceedings. htc...
