Chandigarh, March 21 -- Finance minister Harpal Singh Cheema on Friday said that construction work for the Guru Ravidas Bani Adhyayan Centre near Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar will commence shortly. Cheema, who visited Dera Sachkhand Ballan to take stock of the project's progress, said that Dera head Sant Niranjan Dass had formally consented to the layout plan. "The tendering process will be completed swiftly so that the project's construction can be formally initiated.
