Chandigarh, Feb. 2 -- Chhattisgarh moved closer to a win against Chandigarh on the third day of their Col CK Nayudu Trophy match at the GMSSS Sector-26 Cricket Ground on Sunday. After taking a slender four-run first-innings lead, Chhattisgarh finished the day at 57 for 2 in their second innings. They now require another 121 runs to win, with eight wickets in hand. Chandigarh were bowled out for 143 in their second innings, despite a fighting knock from Arnav Bansal, who top-scored with 41. Devang Kaushik of Chandigarh contributed 34, while Harish added 18.
