India, Feb. 22 -- Actor Akshay Oberoi, who will soon be seen in Yash's Toxic, is set to commence shooting for his next project, tentatively titled Love Lottery. HT City has exclusively learnt that it will be a start-to-end schedule being shot in Dehradun, Uttarakhand from February 27. Helmed by Arvind Pandey,the film is a suspense thriller blended with a courtroom drama and dramatic romance. On playing the central role, Akshay says, "It's always an added responsibility to carry a film on your shoulder as it revolves around this character. The script is strong so the actor in me is very excited." Joining Akshay in the film are actors Heli Daruwala, Kabir Duhan Singh, Agni Agyari, Manu Rishi Chaddha, Kuldeep Bhargava Tushar, Santosh Shukla, and Indra Krishnan. "We have chosen the cast very meticulously and all are very powerful actors. Interestingly, since it's a suspense-thriller so the characters have all kinds of shades - you won't be able to judge who is black or white. At the moment, we won't be able to reveal more than this," says Pandey....
