India, March 28 -- In a world of ever-changing fitness trends, consistency often gets overlooked. Canada-based Health coach Dan Go, highlighted this in an X post (CoachDanGo), sharing how sticking to the same breakfast daily helped him achieve abs at 46 and maintain 12% body fat. He calls his go-to meal "Glop", admitting it may not win any visual appeal contests: "It looks disgusting, but it's healthy, low calorie, tastes great, and takes less than three minutes to make," he wrote. "That's it. It's 350 calories, 40-60g protein, 10+g fibre, done in under three minutes," he explained. Dan breaks down the science behind his routine, spotlighting protein, fibre, and volume as key to fat loss. "High protein first thing triggers a wave of satiety hormones that keeps you full all day," he said, noting it can cut daily intake by 80-100 calories effortlessly. He calls psyllium husk "the most underrated supplement alive" for slowing digestion, while frozen fruit adds sweetness, nutrients and volume without extra calories. "High protein + high fibre + high volume + low calories = the formula for fat loss," he added. Beyond nutrition, he highlights better control over cravings: "My biggest weakness was nighttime cravings. This breakfast stopped that completely." He explains that eating a protein- and fibre-rich meal soon after waking helps stabilise blood sugar and align with the body's natural rhythm, reducing hunger spikes later. The real win, he insists, is consistency: "We make around 200 food decisions per day. When you have one default breakfast, you remove an entire category of decisions."...
