India, Jan. 26 -- A ctor Mandira Bedi believes fitness only gets better with age, if you stay consistent. In a recent interaction on Herbalife's YouTube channel, the 53-year-old spoke about her evolving relationship with exercise, saying she feels stronger now than she did in her 30s and 40s. "I'm 53. I have no problem sharing my age. In my 40s, I felt nothing. In my 50s, I feel nothing. I'm lifting, by the way, heavier weights now than I was in my 30s and 40s," she said, adding that her current strength training routine has helped her reach a new level of confidence and capability. In fact, she joked she could "take off" her jacket and show the results. For Mandira, however, working out goes beyond aesthetics or chasing a number on the scale. She spoke about movement as a way to stay in control through the hormonal shifts and physical changes many women experience in midlife. "Supplements keep you in check and keep you in good form. Exercise is my supplement," she said, calling it the one piece of advice she shares with almost everyone. She ended the conversation with a clear message, especially for women in their 40s and 50s: keep moving. "Exercise is your antidote. Exercise is your prevention. Exercise is your supplement," she said. HTC...
