India, April 20 -- Two months after actor Timothee Chalamet's comment on opera and ballet sparked debate, Oscar-winning actor Charlize Theron has weighed in, calling the remark "reckless". "Oh, boy, I hope I run into him one day. That was a very reckless comment about two art forms we need to lift up constantly, because yes, they do have a hard time. But in 10 years, AI is going to be able to do Timothee's job, but it will not be able to replace a person on a stage dancing live," she told The New York Times, adding, "And we shouldn't sh*t on other art forms." Speaking about her own background in dance, Charlize, 50, said, "Dance is probably one of the hardest things I ever did. There were several times that I had blood infections from blisters that just never healed. I'm literally talking about bleeding through your shoes." Charlize added, "That's something you have to practice every single day, that mindset of not giving up." During a CNN & Variety event in February, Timothee, 30, had said, "I don't want to be working in ballet or opera... No one cares about this anymore." He later apologised, saying, "All respect to the ballet and opera people out there... I just took shots for no reason."htc...
