Rohtak, March 2 -- The body of a 22-year-old woman was found stuffed inside a suitcase near the Sampla bus stand on the Rohtak-Delhi highway on Saturday, police officers aware of the matter said, adding that they suspect that the victim was strangled to death. The woman, identified as Himani Narwal, was a resident of Sonepat and a Congress worker. The body was first spotted by commuters 200m from the Sampla bus stand and they alerted police, they said.
"Police found injury marks on her neck, which suggested that she was strangled to death," said Rohtak police spokesperson Sunny Loura.
