New Delhi, Jan. 29 -- A bipartisan US Congressional delegation met external affairs minister S Jaishankar and defence secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh to take forward defence cooperation and deepen strategic coordination amid strains in the overall relationship over trade-related issues. The delegation led by House Armed Services Committee chairman Michael Rogers and ranking member Adam Smith made a five-day visit to India from Saturday amid the continuing strain in ties.
