KANPUR, Feb. 13 -- A local court in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur on Thursday granted bail to 26-year-old Shivam Mishra, the son of a local tobacco baron KK Mishra, in connection with the Lamborghini crash that left three people injured on VIP Road in the city on February 8. According to police, Mishra was arrested from a private hospital in the city on Thursday, after travelling from Delhi for treatment. He was produced before the court of the additional chief judicial magistrate around 10am, seeking 14-days judicial custody, however, the court rejected the plea and granted him bail.
