New Delhi, Jan. 31 -- Former Union minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Anurag Thakur on Wednesday urged Delhi residents to reject those who "raised slogans against India" and supported mercy petitions for terrorists like Afzal Guru - a pointed attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Speaking at a rally in southeast Delhi's Badarpur constituency, Thakur accused the AAP and the Congress of standing with "tukde-tukde gang" members. "Rahul Gandhi and Kejriwal stood with those who chanted anti-India slogans and even gave them election tickets. Delhi will never support such people," he said.
