New Delhi, Jan. 5 -- The Delhi assembly's winter session is set to begin on Monday, with heated debates expected as the government plans to table CAG reports on alleged Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-era irregularities, table the Jan Vishwas Bill to decriminalise minor offences, and hold discussions on air pollution. The session will continue till January 8. "The focus of the session will be on ensuring smooth conduct of proceedings while preserving the decorum of the House," Delhi assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta said. The session will kick off with an address by lieutenant governor VK Saxena. The sitting of the assembly will commence 30 minutes after the LG's address. P3
