Shivakumar to meet Cong brass in Capital
Bengaluru, March 9 -- Karnataka deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar will travel to New Delhi and hold meetings with senior Congress leaders on Monday amid continuing speculation over the leadership of the state government, even as CM Siddaramaiah said he would abide by any decision taken by the party's high command.
Shivakumar was scheduled to travel to the Capital with Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday after attending a foundation-laying ceremony for development works in Chittapur area of Kalaburagi district. The deputy CM will hold meetings with senior Congress leaders on Monday, people aware of the details said.
