New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- A Delhi court Tuesday framed charges against expelled Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator Kuldeep Singh Sengar, his brother Atul Sengar and eight others, including three policemen, for the alleged murder of the Unnao rape survivor's father in judicial custody on April 9, 2018, under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It further charged them for reportedly assaulting and falsely implicating the survivor's father in an Arms Act case that led to his imprisonment on April 3, 2018.
