Sangh makes key changes to its unit in M.P.
New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on Saturday redesignated BJP Madhya Pradesh general secretary (organisation) Hitanand Sharma as the new Kshetra Sah Bauddhik Pramukh (co-head of the state intellectual cell), people aware of the details said.
Sharma held a key role in the state but was in the cross hairs of a section of leaders in the Sangh as well as the party, over issues including the state government's recent decision of land pooling.
