Thiruvananthapuram, March 25 -- The Congress and the CPI(M) on Tuesday said they would fight legally against the alleged concealment of a residential property by Kerala BJP chief and Nemom assembly candidate Rajeev Chandrasekhar in his election affidavit. On Monday, the Congress had alleged that Chandrasekhar failed to disclose a 49,000 sq ft bungalow he owns in Koramangala neighbourhood of Bengaluru in the affidavit he filed before the EC. The party said the BJP leader had listed it as his address in his affidavit during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and for which a property tax was paid recently.
