India, Aug. 11 -- It's a hot day in May in Kolkata, and the grounds of the Dalhousie Institute in the central part of the city are abuzz with activity. Within the grounds looms the hall in which the Neil O'Brien Dalhousie Institute Open Quiz is to be held.
