New Delhi, April 13 -- The Delhi traffic police has started taking measures to decongest key stretches in the Lutyens' zone ahead of the India-Africa Forum Summit in May-end. These include the removal of vehicles parked on the road in Khan Market, merging of two bus stops en route to the Ashoka Hotel and the construction of a central verge in Janpath. Buses carrying pilgrims to Gurdwara Bangla Sahib and Hanuman Mandir will not be allowed to halt on Baba Kharak Singh Marg, said officials.P6
