New Delhi, April 7 -- The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has included Pakistan-based The Resistance Front (TRF) leader and the alleged main handler of the Pahalgam terror attack, Saifullah alias Sajid Jatt, in its most wanted list and sought information on him, people familiar with the development said. Saifullah, 44, a resident of Changa Manga village in Kasur district of Pakistan's Punjab, had allegedly sent and guided the three terrorists who went on a killing spree in Jammu & Kashmir's Pahalgam on April 22, 2025, they said. "Saifullah has been listed as the most wanted man based on a non-bailable warrant issued by a Jammu court in December 2025," an official said on condition of anonymity.
