New Delhi, Feb. 13 -- Opposition lawmakers on Thursday walked out of the Rajya Sabha during finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman's reply to the Union Budget, alleging that she did not reply to their queries and discriminated against non-NDA ruled states in the Budget. During the debate, TMC lawmaker Derek O'Brien pointed out the absence of key themes in the Budget. "The farmers are happy - but in Texas, not in Tamil Nadu; in Kentucky, not in Karnataka; in Wisconsin, not in West Bengal. The railway budget has grown 25 times in the last few decades.
