India, May 9 -- Bollywood actress Amrita Puri and her family have purchased a luxury apartment worth Rs.37 crore in Mumbai's Lower Parel, according to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards

The apartment is on the 49th floor of Lodha World Towers and measures over 5,446 sq ft, according to the documents.

Lodha World Towers, constructed by Macrotech Developers, also known as Lodha Group, is one of India's tallest buildings.

The documents show that the apartment was registered on April 30, 2025, for which a stamp duty of Rs.2.22 crore and registration fees of Rs.30,000 were paid.

The apartment was purchased along with four car parking spaces, the documents show.
