Kolkata, April 1 -- West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday wrote to Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar alleging large-scale attempts by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to enrol outsiders as voters in West Bengal ahead of the assembly elections. "Credible reports indicate that large numbers of Form 6 applications are being submitted. These do not seem to be routine applications. but a mischievous ploy to include non-residents in the electoral roll," she said.
