New Delhi, March 26 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached 20 immovable properties worth Rs.1,700 crore, including high-value luxury villas in an estate and apartments in Burj Khalifa in Dubai, linked to Sourabh Chandrakar, co-founder of Mahadev Online betting app, in connection with a money laundering investigation, the agency said on Wednesday. The probe agency said in a statement that it "issued a provisional attachment order under the prevention of money laundering act (PMLA), attaching 18 immovable properties located in Dubai (UAE) and two immovable properties located in New Delhi, having a fair market value of nearly Rs.1,700 crore."
