India, April 14 -- Kerala Police has registered a case against the operators of an app used to avail a loan by a dental student who was found dead at his college in Kannur district on April 10, officials said on Monday, even as the student's parents held the institute's faculty responsible for his death. The case was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by a faculty member, who alleged that the app's operators repeatedly contacted him and the student in their efforts to clear the dues.
