India, Jan. 12 -- Former chief of naval staff Admiral Arun Prakash, now retired in Goa, has asked for a revision of the special intensive revision process in the state following the Election Commission's notice requiring him to submit more documents after marking him as an unmapped voter. The 82-year-old war veteran and Vir Chakra awardee is the second high-profile retired Navy officer to get such a notice.
