Mumbai, Dec. 2 -- The Mumbai unit of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned businessman Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, for questioning on Monday as part of its money laundering probe linked to the alleged production and circulation of porns content through mobile apps.
Kundra's statement regarding his alleged role in the case will be recorded under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), ED officials aware of the details said, requesting anonymity. The federal agency is likely to question several other accused in the case beginning Monday, they added.
