DMRC highlights a.i. use to better passenger safety at GLOBAL SUMMIT
New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has showcased its artificial intelligence-driven initiatives at the ongoing AI Summit. The initiatives like chatbot DMRC CHETNA, state-of-the-art complaint management system and AI-based systems that monitor health of its overhead equipment (OHE) network, have been displayed to raise awareness about these solutions available for commuters.
"The DMRC is actively using artificial intelligence to enhance its operational efficiency, passenger safety, security, and overall service quality.
