New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- I just spent a week in Mumbai after several years and was left worried about this magnificent city. On one hand, an outsider like me couldn't find any public transportation. I know the BEST system, not half as good as it once was, is still superior to Delhi's bus system. The suburban trains are popular too. But, it was an uphill task to find any information about it. It took me an hour-and-a-half to reach the airport by taxi,having learned that it was impossible to take an easy train or bus there.
