Delhi to open 81 more Ayushman health centres
New Delhi, Jan. 14 -- The Delhi Government will soon inaugurate 81 new Ayushman Arogya Mandirs under the fifth phase of expansion, increasing the total number of operational centres in the capital from 238 to 319, said officials on Tuesday, adding that the expansion is part of government's plan to establish over 1,100 such centres across the city.
As of January 13, 2026, Delhi has issued 691,530 Ayushman health cards, including 265,895 cards under the Vaya Vandana Yojana, as per the data provided by the government.
