Kolkata, April 28 -- Clashes were reported in several parts of West Bengal late Sunday and Monday as alleged workers of the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) locked horns in separate incidents, officials aware of the matter said. TMC MP from Arambagh Mitali Bag alleged that stones were hurled on her car at Goghat in Hooghly district on Monday, the last day of campaigning for the second phase of assembly elections in the state. West Bengal's 152 assembly constituencies went to polls on April 23, while the remaining 142 seats will vote on April 29.
