NEW DELHI, Jan. 15 -- A 42-year-old autorickshaw driver was killed and three others were injured when a Volkswagen car rammed into the three-wheeler in southwest Delhi's Dabri in the early hours of Sunday, police said on Wednesday.
Police said they were informed about it at 2am. Gurpreet, 42, the owner of the autorickshaw, was declared dead on arrival at Manipal Hospital, while Atul Rana, 23, the driver and owner of the car, was also injured. He was later held.
Police said that investigation is underway to ascertain the circumstances leading to the crash. Results of a medico-legal test are awaited to check if Rana was drunk, they said.htc
