Noida, Jan. 21 -- Police arrested a builder on Tuesday days after 27-year-old software engineer Yuvraj Mehta died after his car plunged into a water-filled pit of a vacant under-construction plot in Noida's Sector 150, even as a three-member special investigation team (SIT) formed to probe the circumstances that led to the death met the victim's father and also visited the site of the accident.
