Jaipur, Feb. 11 -- Bharatiya Janata Party's Rajasthan unit president Madan Rathore on Monday issued a show-cause notice to cabinet minister Kirodi Lal Meena, days after he triggered a controversy by accusing his own government of "spying on him" because he had raised issues of corruption.

Meena, who holds the agriculture, horticulture and rural development portfolios, had said on February 6: "I raised issues of corruption... When I asked that the sub-inspector (SI) exam be cancelled, the government did not heed my request. Instead, the government has acted like the previous Congress government.
