Patna, Feb. 6 -- Bihar deputy chief minister Samrat Choudhary on Thursday said the state police has ordered a crackdown on vulgar and double-meaning songs during Holi celebrations, emphasising that such songs not only cause embarrassment to women but also negatively effect their safety and leave a perverse effect on the psyche of children.
