New Delhi, Dec. 8 -- The minimum temperature in Delhi plunged to 7.1degC on Saturday morning, three degrees below normal and the lowest so far this winter.
The previous low was 8.5degC on Friday.
The city's air quality index (AQI) meanwhile, worsened to the "poor" zone with an average 24-hour reading of 233 at 4pm.
Forecasts by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted a foggy Sunday, with the possibility of a drizzle. P4
